1. Provider and scope
These Terms of Service apply to the disbot public website and business workspace provided by Disbot Inc (we, us, or our), a Colorado corporation, United States. Our entity number is 20268340419; our incorporation date is 2026-10-29.
Registered address: 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. This is also the registered-agent address, not a staffed business office or a location for customer visits.
By creating an account or using the workspace, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf; “you” includes that business. A separate written agreement between us takes precedence for its subject matter if it conflicts with these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal information processing.
2. Software and service limits
disbot is B2B software for global trade. It helps businesses organize business information, research potential customers, prepare communications, and record follow-up activity. We are not a bank, payment service provider, or broker. We do not hold or transfer transaction funds for customers, or arrange or promise transactions on their behalf.
Available capabilities depend on what is configured and enabled in the current deployment. As of the effective date, AI, search, and workspace SMTP / IMAP email integrations are disabled in the online instance. These integrations call external providers only after configuration and a corresponding requested operation. Product illustrations and scenarios on the website are not evidence of customer results or a guarantee of performance.
AI output, search results, and organized information may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete and require human verification. We do not guarantee lead counts, contact validity, email delivery, conversion, revenue, or completed sales. Software output is not legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.
Generating a draft does not send an email. Workspace sending requires recorded recipient permission and its source, human approval of the current draft, and the necessary sending configuration. Editing a draft requires renewed approval. The system does not provide autonomous mass sending without human approval. Acceptance by a mail server is not proof of delivery or reading.
3. Accounts and access security
The service is for business users authorized to conduct the relevant activity, not for minors. Registration requires an invitation code, name, email address, and password. Provide accurate information, protect your password, invitation code, and session credentials, and do not share accounts or impersonate others.
Registration email addresses are not currently verified, and email verification and password-reset email flows are not yet available. Use an address you can access and a strong, unique password. A registered email address alone is not proof of identity or authority to act for a company.
Report unauthorized access, exposed credentials, or login problems to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or session tokens by email or through an enquiry form. Access issues require manual verification; automatic recovery is not guaranteed.
4. Data and acceptable use
You must have the right to provide, import, and process data submitted to the service, and comply with applicable data protection, anti-spam, advertising, intellectual property, and trade rules. Public availability does not, by itself, authorize unrestricted collection, reuse, or contact with individuals.
- Submit only relevant, lawfully sourced business information, not unrelated sensitive personal information, passwords, or financial account credentials.
- Do not bypass access restrictions, enter other accounts without authorization, collect information unlawfully, or disrupt the service.
- Do not send fraudulent, harassing, impersonating, infringing, or otherwise unlawful content, or bypass recipient permission and human approval requirements.
- Respect objections to contact, unsubscribes, corrections, and deletion requests; update your records and stop inappropriate contact promptly.
- Have authorized people review product facts, quotations, qualifications, and external commitments. Do not present AI output as verified fact.
You are responsible for your selected data, recipients, and business decisions. Using disbot does not replace your assessment of lawful processing grounds, required permissions, or applicable industry rules.
5. External services
When enabled, AI, search, and email features rely on configured external providers. The current implementation supports DeepSeek, Brave Search, and configured SMTP / IMAP mailbox services; integrations that are not configured or enabled are not available capabilities. See the external services section of the Privacy Policy for data flows.
Before requesting an operation, understand what data will be sent and confirm your authority to process it. Third-party availability, quotas, content policies, data handling, and possible charges are subject to the providers’ terms and applicable agreements. We do not guarantee their continuing availability. Do not assume we will pay third-party charges unless we have agreed to do so.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in business information and content you are entitled to submit. You permit us to store, copy, and process it as necessary to provide requested features, maintain the service, and handle support, including necessary provider transfers described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize us to publish your workspace content for marketing.
Rights in the disbot brand, original website content, and software belong to us or the relevant rights holders. You may use the service subject to these terms and applicable licenses; access itself does not transfer those rights. Third-party trademarks and materials remain with their owners.
AI output may resemble other content or be unsuitable for your purpose. We do not guarantee that it is exclusive, eligible for intellectual property protection, or free of third-party rights. Review it appropriately before publication or commercial use.
7. Enquiries, fees, and paid work
The public website does not process payments. Browsing, registration, and enquiries do not start a paid subscription or trigger charges. An enquiry is a request for contact, not an order, purchase, partnership commitment, or marketing subscription.
Paid work requires a separate written agreement covering scope, price, payment, delivery, duration, and applicable cancellation or refund arrangements before it starts. There are no automatic renewals or charges without a written agreement. Separate agreements do not affect rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.
For business enquiries, email [email protected] or use the business enquiry form.
8. Availability, responsibility, and legal rights
Maintenance, software issues, networks, and external providers may interrupt the service. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise a particular uptime, response time, or disaster-recovery capability. Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely solely on this service for irreversible, important business decisions.
We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law and valid agreements; you remain responsible for reasonable review of results and your own lawful use. Statements about software limits and outcomes do not exclude liability that the law places on us. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or remove non-waivable rights and remedies.
If a dispute arises, you may first contact us using the details below to seek a resolution. This does not restrict recourse to a court or regulator with jurisdiction. Our Colorado incorporation does not displace mandatory legal protections that apply to you.
9. Changes, ending use, and contact
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect security, comply with law, or where we reasonably believe there is a material breach, abuse, or unauthorized access. Where legally and safely possible, we will explain the reason and offer a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue or contact us.
Stopping use or suspending an account does not automatically delete database records or backups. Contact [email protected] about account closure, available copies of your data, or deletion. Requests are currently handled manually; retention and rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may change features or update these terms. We will communicate material changes through a website notice or an available contact channel and obtain consent where required by law. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Previously agreed paid work remains subject to its written agreement.
